A delightful, dry sparkling wine made from Chenin Blanc. The mousse is impressive with delicate, yet very evident creamy bead which settles down to reveal a fine bead od moderate persistence. The nose has the classic dry Chenin Blanc aroma of quince and green apple followed by hints of biscuit and toast. Creamy palate texture with delicate flavours of quince and baked apple. Crisp acid finish with quince and lees aftertaste. The wine is very much an aperitif style.
