Croft Original Sherry This Sherry is made from Palomino grapes lightly sweetened with dried Pedro Ximénez grapes before fortification and bottling. It is a pale cream sherry with the pale dryness of quality Fino Sherry and the added depth and body of a full cream. The colour is light and delicate. The taste is smooth and luxurious. Ideal with rich desserts (fruit cake is a classic match), or, lightly chilled, it is a fine aperitif.
