This bottle-fermented white beer, with a brilliant foam, has excellent character. Made from the ancient grain, spelt which is grown by organic farming methods and supplemented with barley malt and organic hops. Very well balanced both in the nose and on the palate, it presents a natural roundness that makes it pleasantly sweet and modestly bitter. Aromas of orange peel, embellished by coriander infuse the palate with a unique freshness. This beer can be kept for up to two years. Recommended to serve at 5 or 6°.
