100% Shiraz; Wine of Origin Western Cape. A vibrant, deep red Shiraz. White pepper, hazelnuts, pencil shavings and cinnamon adds spice to the dark red fruit components. A spicy wine, this Shiraz, works with spicy seasoning and pairs well with intense, highly-flavoured dishes which tend to overpower most other soft-centered red wines. Serve with roasted venison, beef served in a reduction sauce, braised lamb shank.
